Property Inspection & preservation

The LavalleeGroup offers REO property management, preservation, and maintenance services across the state of Vermont.

Service Area: Our prime area is in Franklin and Chittenden Counties in Vermont. However, we can cover other counties depending on the compensation schedule. Please note, Vermont and upstate New York are sparsely populated and rural state. A lot of time is spent travelling.

(Our travel pricing is $25.00/hour and $0.70/mile travelled each way. Keep in mind, we have to pay our employees for their time and meals when travelling far distances.)

Our REO property preservation services include lawn care, pool maintenance and debris removal, as well as janitorial services, winterization, and emergency repairs on the property interior, as required by local jurisdiction. In the event a property needs rehabilitation or repair, our REO property management will manage contractors to restore the property at the request of the servicer.

Our REO inspection services follow NAMFS guidelines. We work with the servicer to ensure field inspection services for banks, insurance agencies, and mortgage lenders in Vermont are done to their requirements.​

Site Photos are provided for all services. Both arrival and departure photos are taken of the area and the service(s) rendered.  Any deficiencies or repairs that may be needed are are noted and the Service Requesting company notified.
